Cortland -  Made with straight Cortland juice.  Light, sparkling, and fun.  Sweet and very drinkable.

Russett  - Another single variety, made from pure Russett apples.  Full bodied and tart, real nice sipping cider.  Silver medal winner at the 2007 Great Lakes Old World Cider competition.

 Three Sheets Apple Wine - For those who like it stronger.  A true apple wine delicately aged in French oak barrels.  Fruity and smooth.  A dry, refreshing change from a Chardonnay.  Pairs with food well, especially pork and chicken.  Double Gold, Best in Show - Eastern International Wine Competition 2008

Pearfection - A dry, delicate wine made from our Bartlett pears.  This supple sipper grabs your nose and surprises your palate with its offering of soft pear essence.

World Peach - A wine made from peaches.  Bright, peachy nose with a slightly sweet finish.  A summer day in a bottle
