On the Farm & Winery:

 

Pop-Up Farmer's Market with nationally recognized Coventry Regional Farmer's Market. Featuring 30+ vendors offering gorgeous asparagus, rhubarb, greens and other spring produce, vegetable plants, crepes, eggs, meats, cheeses, artisan foods, and more! Live music by Dan Stevens. Wagon rides through the orchard. Wine tasting available 11-5. Admission to the market is FREE! Wine tasting is $7 per person and includes our complimentary logo glass. Bring your binoculars: we have been sighting bald eagles soaring over the orchard all month! RSVP on facebook and share with your friends... you don't want to miss this!

Little Sister's Grilled Cheese Truck: Gourmet grilled sandwiches including the Honey Bear with goat cheese and honey, the Italian with sweet sausage, roasted red peppers & fresh mozzarella and the new Mystic Melville made with Melville from The Mystic Cheese Company, plus Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons and Million Dollar Brownies.

 

Lazizah Bakery: Prepared Greek specialty foods; baklava, hummus, babaghanous, spinach pies.

 

Colgan Farm: Scarlet globe and French breakfast radishes, Japanese daikon radishes, big boston lettuce, Paris white lettuce, kale, swiss chard, spinach and assorted seedlings.

 

Falls Creek Farm: Asparagus, microgreens, summer squash, spring turnips, kale, lettuce, broccoli rabe, rhubarb, spinach, radishes, kohlrabi, a few fennel, strawberry rhubarb and rhubarb jam, canned pickled beets and zesty salsa.

 

Terra Firma Farm: Terra Firma Farm will be there all cozied up with Sleepy Moon soaps and whipped sugar scrubs. Farmer Brie will have pasture raised chicken and duck eggs, Pasture raised chickens, a mix of Pasture raised pork cuts as well as a few jars of Rendered pork lard. There will also be a cooler full of Baldwin Brook Raw Milk!

Stonewall Apiary: Honey and Honey Butter.

 

Grow Hartford: :mustard greens, spring garlic, baby mizuna and huauzontle greens.

Farm to Hearth: Scones: Traditional Butter, Ginger, and Currant; Cookies: Dark Chocolate Chip with Celtic sea Salt and Traditional Shortbread; Breads: Country, Seeded Country, 9 Grain, Polenta and Melville topped focaccia; California Olive Oils: Garlic and Rosemary Infused, Organic Estate, and Chef's Blend. Farm to Hearth will also be bringing a lovely selection of NoRA Cupcakes!

 

The Mystic Cheese Company :Seasonal special Goat Melville made with Oak Leaf Farm Pastured Goat Milk paired up with Falls Creek Strawberry Rhubarb Jam as well as Fabian Sugar Shack Maple. Keep an eye out for our special Holmberg Pop up "Slice, Spread, Melt" recipe cards. Pick a recipe, collect the ingredients from the vendors and off you go!

 

Faddy's: Apple cider donuts, raised sugar donuts made on-site; kettle korn.

 

Fabyan Sugar Shack :A full line of maple products. Grade A & B Syrup, Maple Peanut Brittle, Maple Candy and Cream, Maple Peppers (Regular, Garlic, Garlic Hot), Maple Jelly, Maple Ice cream Topping, Maple Crunch Ice Cream and Maple Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Maple Cotton Candy will be made all day.

 

18th Century Purity Farm: Fresh asparagus, rhubarb, radishes, Baldwin and Red Delicious apples, potted tomatoes and herbs, Fingerling potatoes, Green Mountain heirloom white potatoes, Russet bakers, Swedish turnips, and a few butternut squash.

 

Dragon's Blood Elixir: Two new sauces- Unique Destiny Pineapple Satay and Unique Destiny Vidalia Peach. Very different styles of sauce- well worth a tasting comparison.

 

Pinc Boutique :A smattering of everything handcrafted locally from their State Street New London shop, as well as lots of New London fabric totes, pillows, and baby items.

Wayne's Organic Garden: Lettuce, spinach, scallions, cucumbers, kale, limited quantities of squash and Sungold cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and snap peas, also vegetable plants, parsley and basil plants, eggs, dried hot Thai and cayenne peppers, and Marilyn's hand-made baskets.


Ruth Baker: Luscious and sturdy macramé and vintage button bracelets.

 

Sixpence Pie Company: Hot pasties for your picnic lunchand cold ones to go! Shepherds pie, spinach-artichoke-bleu cheese, pulled pork - all the favorites will be there. Quiches and sweet pies, including strawberry rhubarb will be on hand too!

 

Rainbow Kids: LOTS of tie dyes; be the first to seeourNEW color combos, Red, White and Blueberry Spiral, Orange Creamsicle, and Raspberry Mango! Just in time for summer holidays, days at the beach and fun in the sun.

 

Merianos Bake Shoppe: Cinnamon and orange cranberry scones, filled croissants and apple fritters, oatmeal raisin and chocolate chunk cookies, garlic bread and new cardamom bread.The season's first pies for your Memorial Day celebration. Pasta, pasta too!

Highland Thistle Farm: Ensalada, kale, Swiss chard, head lettuce, beets, squash, zucchini, potatoes, broccoli, rosemary plants, asparagus, ground beef, stew meat, steaks, pork chops, country style pork ribs, bacon, breakfast sausage, ham steaks, hot and sweet sausage, soup bones, chickens and we will have EXTRA LARGE AND JUMBO EGGS ON SALE.


Norm's Best: Marinated mushrooms, hot and spicy, barbecue sauce, hot pepper and fruit jams, coated cashew nuts.

 

Capa Di Roma: Sauces, oil and vinegar, including NEW Low Sodium Marinara.

 

Hunt's Brook Farm: Spinach, head lettuce (green curly leaf and red leaf butterhead), maybe kale and chard (hot days make them grow fast), nettles, and vegetable plants.

 

Oxen Hill Farm: Flowering hanging baskets, cut herbs, herbs planters, kale bundles, and some veggie starts, all certified organic.

La Petite France Bakery: Breads: multigrain baguette, baguette, sourdough, garlic bread, cheese bread; Croissants: plain, chocolate, almond, raisin; and other pastries: fruit Danishes and fruit tarts.

 

Shayna B's: Gluten-free, vegan, wheat free ~ Almond biscotti and mocha crumb cake.

 

Beltane Farm: A variety of Fresh Chevre; Danse de la Lune(ripened French Style Goat Cheese); Award winning Vespers ( A ripened wheel with a line of Vegetable Charcoal in the middle traditionally dividing cheese made from the morning and evening milkings); Yogurt; Goat Milk (raw by pre-order atptrubey@earthlink.net); Fresh Ricotta; Sundance~ a goat milk mozzarella style cheese with a buttery finish.
