Peach Topping


What You Need

2 cups chopped peaches

¼ cup sugar

½ cup water

1 tbsp cornstarch


1) Mix the cornstarch into ¼ cup of cold water and set aside.

2) Combine ¼ cup sugar and remaining ¼ cup water in a pan.

3)  Bring peaches to a boil in this pan, stirring constantly.  As soon as they boil, remix the water and cornstarch and quickly add this to the boiling peaches and stir quickly. The hot mix will thicken as you stir, within a minute or two.

4) Remove from heat and stir.
